Clean place with magnificent view of the mountains and the lake. Such great experience and helpful staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright and immaculate room. Lots of great options for meal. Marvellous location, an easy walk to everywhere.
We spent 2 nights in standard room with the view & the balcony. The food was good with plenty of choice! The central location and helpful staff were the highlight of this real good stay.
Had an absolutely amazing stay for the price. Loved the staff and location. the location was ideal - just a 5-minute walk to Heavenly Ski Gondola. It's in a pretty nice area. Our room even had a bathtub.
This hotel was a luxurious and functional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive to my needs and provided top-notch service. the room was spacious and included exclusive amenities like a jetted tub and cozy fireplace. the location was ideal, with easy beach access and a short walk into town.
The only minor issue was with the restaurant.
While the service was good, the prices did not match the quality of the food.
We had a fun weekend near a popular outdoor venue, with great underground parking and lively restaurants and shopping all around us. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the two complementary details offered during our stay.

The layout was awkward, the lighting was dim, and the furniture felt outdated.
The location of this place was fantastic, with attractions like Tahoe Rim Trail Association just a short walk away and a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.
